Sometimes you can't figure it out yourself. And your doctor doesn't have the time to listen, or isn't trained in the natural and gentle approaches you are seeking.

This is why I offer customized sessions for lifestyle and nutritional counseling. This session includes a physical exam, a complete review of your health history and your lifetyle and dietary habits. I will also determine any herbs or supplements that will support your health goals. 

You may be one of my acupuncture patients in the clinic.

Or you may simply be someone who isn't interested in acupuncture but is seeking support from a licensed healthcare provider and educator.
