My style of acupuncture is gentle, reliant upon presence, and based on principles of Japanese, Classical Chinese, and Esoteric acupuncture. I will be spending time with you before your treatment, getting to know you, asking questions, using the teachings of this ancient medicine, and listening to determine the root cause of your concerns. More advanced sessions will include focused bodywork (John Barnes MFR, craniosacral therapy, AMMA Therapy® ), or Rice Grain/Gold Moxa, cupping, and/or gua sha.

Spiritual Direction, also called spiritual mentoring or spiritual companionship, is an ancient tradition, embraced by the mystics. It has been called midwifery of the soul. A spiritual director is a trained guide who listens, reflects back, and holds the space with you on your spiritual journey.

Consultation for herbs, supplements and will also address lifestyle and nutritional counseling.

The Enneagram Typing Interview is a structured conversation aimed at helping the client discover their Enneagram personality type. The interview is conducted by a Certified Enneagram Practitioner who is trained to listen to your answers and observe body language in order to ask deeper questions to explore the client's motivations, fears, and core beliefs. Because of the Enneagram Practitioner's ability to ask deeper follow up questions, this interview process has a much higher accuracy rate than online or written tests. The insights gained from typing process contribute to more accurate Enneagram type identification, along with identifying your probable stress/security line numbers and wings (the other places on the Enneagram map where we move, depending on our circumstances). The result offers us opportunities for personal growth and deeper self-awareness. Most clients use the information from the typing process to do deeper work in Spiritual Direction.

A Bach Flower Consultation involves a holistic assessment of an individual's emotional state and well-being, conducted by a Bach Flower Practitioner who has extensive training in using the Bach Flower Remedies. Based on the assessment, a personalized Bach Flower formula is then created, consisting of up to seven flower essences tailored to address the individual's emotional imbalances and support their emotional healing. These natural remedies, developed by Dr. Edward Bach, are believed to positively influence emotions, promoting mental and emotional harmony, also easing physical complaints that have an emotional origin.
